Rich brings a C-27 Landscape Contractors License and more
than 25 years experience serving premier properties. Terra
Pacific Landscape, now with four locations. Started in Santa Ana, California
under Rich’s vision for a different approach to
high-end commercial landscape. Rich oversees administration
and management of the business, sales, marketing and customer
service/quality control.

Kelly Parkins

Kelly’s career in horticulture spans 20 years
including field and management positions in landscape
contracting,
golf course construction and pesticide and fertilizer
application. Her academic background includes a degree
in Biology and a graduate degree in Agronomy. She maintains
a PCA (Pest Control Advisor) license and is a state-certified
trainer for the safe handling of pesticides,
as well as horticultural advisor.
Kelly is a lecturer in the Plant Sciences Department at Cal Poly Pomona. |

Travis Gillespie

Travis graduated from California State University Long Beach with a degree in business marketing and has twelve years of experience in customer service. Having also worked in the landscape industry for five years and owning a landscape contractor business, Travis brings a unique blend of customer service and landscape experience to his position as our Customer Service Manager. Travis’s position is responsible for the coordination of our customer service by acting as a liaison between the client and our operations to ensure that the client’s service expectations are being met and on-going communication is maintained. In this way he is able to maintain a pro-active service approach which does not accept a “status quo” standard of quality and instead is always seeking ways to improve the client’s landscape. Travis is also involved in the continuing development of our web site using his marketing experience to institute new interactive features in order to strengthen the communication process with our clients and further enhance our customer service. |

Cathy Galland, LEED AP

Cathy graduated from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington with a degree in Philosophy, and has 14 years of experience in Customer Service and Property Management, and 3 years experience in landscape design and LEED consulting. Duties include sales of our design, renovation and maintenance services; landscape design; LEED documentation; and customer service.
Cathy is a member of BOMA-OC and USGBC-OC, and serves on the Education Committees of both groups. Through BOMA-OC she is Co-Chair of the LEED AP O+M Study Group, Chair of the Brown Bag Lunch Roundtables sub-committee, a member of the sub-committee for Green Seminars, is a liaison to USGBC-OC, and has twice-served as a Guest Instructor for the BOMA-OC Foundations of Real Estate Management course. Cathy is a member of BOMA-GLA, and serves on their Sustainability Committee. She was the 2009 Director of the Building Industry Department at USGBC-OC. She serves on the Municipal Water District of Orange County’s Ad-Hoc Water Smart Program Committee. Cathy is also a member of IREM-OC, and Chair of the IREM-OC Touchdown Series sub-committee. Cathy is the 2009 BOMA-OC Associate Member of the Year. |
